Gutter Installation
We offer aluminum, copper, and steel gutters for Dickey homes. Most folks go with .027 gauge seamless aluminum. It's durable, affordable, and comes in 25+ colors. Copper looks amazing but costs 3-4x more.
Roof Inspection
Our Dickey roof inspections cover shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, soffit, gutters, and decking condition. You get a written report with photos. If nothing's wrong, we tell you that.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
Tubular skylights bring light into tight spaces. Closets, laundry rooms, interior bathrooms. They use a reflective tube through the attic space, so they work even when the roof is far from the ceiling. Installed in a few hours.
